Kimberly Colapietro, Owner

Kim is a landscape professional with almost 30 years of experience, having served as an owner/operator of a landscaping business for much of her career. She formed K Enterprise LLC in 2012 while managing her first love of EDI Landscape in 2001 and serves as managing partner, with a focus on driving a culture of customer satisfaction and field operations excellence. Kim brings to each project a desire that leads to vibrant and sustainable spaces and is very passionate about her year round color programs as evidenced in many notable projects. She has learned that taking a holistic and systematic approach must be taken to consider the site’s physical surroundings and the needs of the client, taking into account financial implications, long-term community effects, implementation, maintenance and management of each project. With a wide array of experience on a variety of award-winning commercial, institutional and public landscape projects ranging in size and complexity, Kim is directly involved with quality initiatives, including sustainability, technical delivery and safety oversight. She oversees firm growth, diversification and development; and defines the firm’s business objectives for performance, collaborative operations and staff development. She is dedicated to working closely with clients to achieve memorable and lasting built work.

Kim is an active member of PLANET, a national association for landscape professionals, the Connecticut Construction Industries Association, the Professional
Women in Construction and CREW.

Roxanne Perugino LEED AP ID & C

Business and Marketing Director

Roxanne, has more than 25 years of experience providing advanced team leadership for project planning, and tenant fit-out. She is proficient in project oversight, interior design, space planning, renovations, construction administration and marketing. Roxanne’s project portfolio includes universities, libraries, schools, research labs, bank branches, hospitals and office space.

Roxanne graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in General Studies, is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) Interior Design + Construction (ID+C) (exp. 10/21/18) and has her Certificate in Project & Facilities Management; University of Hartford Construction Institute (2006). She currently is the Immediate Past President of Professional Women in Construction, Connecticut Chapter and on the Construction Management Advisory Board at Central Connecticut State University.

Patty Bilotto CPSM

Communications Director

Patty Bilotto has nearly 30 years of experience leading the marketing, communications efforts for various design and construction companies throughout Connecticut. She has demonstrated experience in executing marketing plans, building brand awareness, placing of digital and print media, and planning of events.

Patty graduated from the University of New Haven with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. She is currently President of the Professional Women in Construction, Connecticut Chapter and past President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Connecticut Chapter.
